The 2-day course provides an accelerated introduction into Lean Thinking and how the Lean tools and processes applied within your business and implemented through a structured approach can lead to full organisational transformation - promoting growth, reducing costs and inefficiencies and engaging all staff on an ongoing basis.

This course provides a mentored Visual Stream Mapping session, allowing you, your staff or a nominated team to workshop a process and identify ‘frustrations’ that occur in that process in a directed and constructive system.

The programme is designed to help business owners, managers, leaders and their staff identify and remove waste from their business, increasing productivity and profitability.

Attend yourself, bring a colleague or send a team from an area of your business to workshop their own internal processes.

The programme comprises of 2 x full-day training sessions with ‘homework’ between sessions.

- Overview of the Lean Management
- Programme Identifying and Eliminating ‘Waste’ (The Seven Wastes)
- Introduction to Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

Session 2
Tuesday, 19 November 2019
9:30am – 3:30pm

- Managing Change/Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) Management
- System Lean Leadership Supporting and sustaining a Lean Business

About the Presenter

Clinton began his career working in the Japanese motor industry for 18 years holding various roles in production, engineering and programme management.

Since 2004 he has worked with over 200 organisations in New Zealand and Australia to improve their operational performance through the application of Lean and best practice management systems.
