Crop Data Sheets

As part of its Technology Transfer objective, Crops for Southland prepared Data Sheets on about 30 'alternative' crops considered to have the potential for commercial production in Southland. These included many that had been grown for demonstration or research purposes at the New Crop Centre in Invercargill, but also a few species – not currently available in New Zealand – that would be likely to grow well in Southland.
